("our company", "we", "us", "El Soplao"), offers you the opportunity to purchase tickets for events and concerts in an easy, fast, and secure way. These General Purchase Conditions are designed to ensure that the purchase process on elsoplao.es is easy and understandable for you. These General Purchase Conditions also incorporate our Website Terms of Use, to which we refer. These will always be available to you, in Spanish or English, on elsoplao.es for your reference. We handle queries related to the General Purchase Conditions and the Terms of Use of this website through the forms we provide or via email at elsoplao@elsoplao.es.
Through its website elsoplao.es, El Soplao offers you a pre-sale ticket service, making it easy for the public and users to purchase tickets for our events, managing their distribution.

The use of the Website implies the status of a user and involves the acceptance of the provisions included in these General Purchase Conditions and Terms of Use in the version published by El Soplao at the time the user accesses the website.
The user declares that they have the necessary legal capacity to act and enter into agreements on the website in accordance with the terms outlined below, which they declare to understand and accept.
The user is responsible for providing their data correctly in the purchase processes established on the El Soplao website, paying special attention when entering banking and personal information.
El Soplao, in accordance with its privacy policy, is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the data included in the file and using them in accordance with the purpose of the file, as well as complying with its obligation to keep them secure and adapt all measures to avoid alteration, loss, processing, or unauthorized access in accordance with current legislation regarding the protection of personal data. The ticket sales service is subject to charges, and the user has all the information related to the price of each ticket available at all times on the website. The information service provided through the website is free of charge.
El Soplao acts as the promoter of the event or show.
1.1 Tickets.
1.2 The number of tickets available for sale varies from event to event. El Soplao is responsible for the inventory or availability of the tickets.
1.3 To purchase a ticket for an event from us, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit/debit card issued in your name.
The user declares that they are of legal age (over 18) and have the necessary legal capacity to enter into agreements for the services offered by the providers on the website, in accordance with the terms outlined below, which they declare to understand and accept.
In the case of minors entering into agreements, parental or guardian consent is required to enjoy the contracted service. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to El Soplao during the reservation process.
02. Contract
2.1 Any purchase of a ticket for an event from us is governed by these General Purchase Conditions.
2.2 Your contract for purchasing a ticket begins when we confirm your purchase and ends when the show for which you purchased the ticket is completed. All purchases are subject to payment card verification and other security checks, and your transaction may be canceled if it does not pass our verification process.
2.3 You agree not to obtain or attempt to obtain any ticket through unauthorized use of any robot or other automated device or any other unlawful or unauthorized activity. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction that we reasonably suspect has been conducted in violation of these provisions without prior notice, and all tickets acquired through such a transaction will be void.
2.4 We reserve the right to cancel reservations that we reasonably suspect have been made fraudulently.

By purchasing your tickets online, you will not only avoid queues, but you will also be able to check your purchase history at any time and download the tickets to your mobile device.
04. Payment Methods
Purchases made online:
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, regardless of the issuing entity and the type (credit/debit).
The ticket sales system uses a secure server and the latest encryption technology.
Please note: Our system does not accept payments with virtual cards, as to collect tickets, the card used for the purchase, as well as proof of ownership (ID or passport), must be presented.
05. Check the Purchase
If your purchase has been completed correctly, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed information about the purchase you have just made. This email may not arrive in your "Inbox" as some internet services detect it as spam. We recommend always checking the "Spam" folder. If the purchase was made by phone, you will not receive this confirmation.
06. How Do I Get My Tickets?
Once your purchase is completed and you receive the confirmation email, your tickets will be available in the same email.
07. Cancellations
7.1 If you have purchased a ticket, you will not have the right to cancel your purchase.
08. Rights and Responsibilities
8.1 Any ticket you purchase from us remains the property of El Soplao and is a personal, revocable license that may be withdrawn, denying admission at any time. If this occurs, you will be refunded the sale price of the ticket that is withdrawn or for which access is denied.
8.2 It is your responsibility to check your tickets; errors cannot always be corrected. However, before starting the contracting process, we will inform you of the technical means available to identify and correct errors in data entry.
8.3 You are entitled to one seat per ticket.
09. Prohibitions
9.1 When purchasing tickets from us, the number of tickets you can buy for a particular show will be limited to a specific number. This number is included on the first page of the purchase and is verified in each transaction. This policy is in place to prevent unfair ticket purchasing practices. The number of tickets may be limited per person, per credit card, and, in some cases, per household. We reserve the right to cancel tickets purchased in excess of this number without prior notice.
9.2 You may not resell or transfer your tickets when prohibited by law.
9.3 Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests, or raffles unless prior written authorization from El Soplao is obtained.
10. Show
10.1 In the event of cancellation or change of date of a show, we will use all reasonable means to notify you of the cancellation. El Soplao, in the event of any change to an event or show, commits to:
a) Publishing it on its website as soon as it becomes aware of the change to keep users properly informed.
b) Sending a message to the email address or SMS to the mobile phone number provided by the user at the time of purchase to inform them of such changes.
c) El Soplao will inform the user about the procedure for proceeding with the refund.
10.2 You should be aware that the advertised show start times are subject to change.
11. Refunds
11.1 Occasionally, shows may be canceled, rescheduled, or significantly altered by the artist or El Soplao for various reasons. Please contact us for specific instructions.
Once a ticket has been purchased, it will not be exchanged, nor will its amount be refunded, except for the causes provided by applicable law.
The inability to attend an event or show or making an error when purchasing the ticket(s) are not grounds for a refund. The user may not exercise the right of withdrawal or termination, in accordance with current regulations regarding consumer and retail trade.
11.2 Cancellation: If an event is canceled (and not rescheduled), you will be offered a refund of the sale price of your ticket(s).
11.3 To request a refund, send your request in writing to: elsoplao@elsoplao.es. You must attach your tickets and follow any other reasonable instructions we provide.
In the event of cancellation, the refund may be made within fifteen days from the date of public communication of the show's suspension. After this period, no refunds will be accepted.
- Purchases made by phone or online:
Refunds for tickets will be automatically processed to the card* used for the purchase within approximately 3 to 15 business days.
